Our Internet Ordering System:To place an order on our secure
internet ordering system, click on the "Shop" button of
any page. Once the on-line catalog appears, simply add the flower(s)
of your choice to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking "ADD"
or "Add Item to Cart". If you would like to remove an
item, click on "View Cart" and select the item you would
like to remove and press the "Remove" button.
Secure Shopping
Please remember... your credit card information is secure and we
never share your personal information with outside companies.
Shipments
Daylilies are dug on the next Monday after the order is received
and air dried for shipment on Tuesday, unless you specify an alternate
Monday. We dig and ship year round, weather permitting. Please keep
in mind we do not know your area and cannot determine the best time
to ship there; you need to make that decision. Plants shipped during
the winter months may be dormant or have weathered foliage.
Terms
Minimum on-line purchase is $25.00 excluding tax and shipping.
Substitutions
Some varieties are in short supply and may sell out. If your desired
plant is not in stock, please list substitutions we may include
instead or select no substitutions.
Shipping Costs
• Within California: shipping charge of $5.00 plus $0.50 for
each plant.
• Outside of California: shipping charge of $12.00 plus $0.50
for each plant.
• International: Our shopping program will not indicate the
shipping prices you will be charged if you live outside of the Continental
United States -- these charges will be added when your card is charged
prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Daylilies
outside of California are shipped UPS, Three-Day Select. All orders
outside the United States will be billed the actual shipping cost**.
