Our
Internet Ordering System:To place an order on our secure Internet
ordering system, click on the "Shop Now" button of any page. Once
the on-line catalog appears, select the category or search for a color,
then simply add the flower(s) of your choice to your "Shopping Basket"
by clicking "ADD" or "Add One to Basket". If you would like to remove
an item, click on "Basket Contents" and select the item you would
like to remove and press the "Remove" button.
Secure Shopping
Please remember... your credit card information is secure and we never
share your personal information with outside companies.
Shipments
All orders received by Thursday are shipped the following Tuesday
by UPS unless a later ship date is requested. You can also pick up
your order the next Tuesday afternoon and save shipping charges. Orders
are dug on Monday and air dried for Tuesday shipment unless you specify
an alternate Monday. We do not ship out-of-state orders during holiday
weeks.
Terms
Minimum on-line purchase is $25.00 excluding tax and shipping.
Substitutions
Some varieties are in short supply and may sell out. If you are requesting
a substitution, please list your choices. If no choices are listed,
we will send a similar variety of equal or greater value. If you check
"No Substitutions" your money will be refunded.
Shipping Costs
• Within California: shipping charge of $5.00 plus $0.50 for each
plant.
• Outside of California: shipping charge of $12.00 plus $0.50 for
each plant.
• International: Our shopping program will not indicate the shipping
prices you will be charged if you live outside of the Continental
United States -- these charges will be added when your card is charged
prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Daylilies
outside of California are shipped UPS, Three-day Select. All orders
outside the Continental United States will be billed the actual shipping
cost.
